I am on a mission to help moms balance training for endurance sports and a vegan lifestyle with motherhood (& real life).
Because there is nothing like the feeling of crossing the finish line of your first race – your first road running race or your first triathlon. No matter your place in the pack & no matter your time, you feel powerful, accomplished, and proud! These are feelings we deserve to have more often.
And because there’s also nothing quite like eating in a way that aligns with your deepest values – the ones that value life (in all forms) and aspire to do no harm – and supports a healthy, active lifestyle. Eliminating animal products from your diet and moving towards a more plant-forward way of eating can be a difficult transition, but I promise it is a worthwhile one.

I’m a recreational runner and run coach. I am especially fond of working with runners who are just getting started in the sport. I recently completed my first ironman triathlon. As a mom of 2-year-old twins, I discovered in adulthood that I’m energized by physical activity. And training helps me appreciate my body for what it can do rather than how it looks. I am happiest when make time to train regularly and fuel my body in a way that aligns with my values (vegan) without obsessing over my every food choice (I LOVE dessert).
I reside in a cramped NYC apartment with my partner, our twins, a dog (Redd) & a cat (Charlotte). I love nut butter, being outside, and one day I hope to design & build a treehouse where I can live with my family.
